Our experience with Kevin was seamless from beginning to end. He was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns while coordinating everything with our insurance company. After his team completed the work, he came back for a final check. Due to the damages of Hurricane Beryl, we anticipated some delays but surprisingly our roof and gutter repair was completed in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend their services.

Kevin with Integrity Storm Experts & Restoration is fabulous! He has great communication skills and follows through. He noticed that rain was coming towards the area and quickly gathered additonal workers to complete my roof replacement! He explains the process thoroughly and made time to answer our questions. Had a new roof and gutters installed. This is a great company to work with. The company rep, Kevin (and his team), went above and beyond to make sure the jobs were done quickly and correctly, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process with updates (including pictures/video) on progress. Kevin is quick to respond to any questions, and very informative. I would highly recommend reaching out to Kevin for any roofing/gutter jobs that you may need.

We had a very disappointing experience with Integrity Storm Experts and cannot recommend their services. Here are the main issues we encountered: Lack of Transparency:They did not provide proof of insurance for their subcontractors, which is a legal requirement in Texas. Additionally, we received a denial letter from Next Insurance, indicating that they lack proper coverage to operate legally in Texas. Subpar Repairs:Despite multiple repair attempts, our roof continues to have issues. Two independent roofing companies recommended a complete replacement, contradicting Integrity Storm Experts' claims that their work meets industry standards. Defective Workmanship: Our roof has significant defects, including intermittent nailing and backward-cut valleys, which have compromised its functionality and safety. Misleading Statements: Integrity Storm Experts provided misleading information about the cause of the roof leaks, which were proven to be from the roof itself and not due to foundation issues. Unresolved Damage:They inspected our windows and acknowledged damage, but have yet to provide any documentation or resolve the issue. Our roof is currently tarped. Unresponsive to Complaints:They have not responded to our BBB complaint or emails requesting valid insurance coverage, leaving us with no option but to file a lawsuit to resolve the ongoing issues. Overall, Integrity Storm Experts have failed to deliver on their promises and provide the necessary documentation and quality of work. They deny any liability for the roof due to using undisclosed subcontractors for work. They can provide no documentation or contact info for the subcontractors. We urge potential customers to consider our experience and verify insurance coverage directly with carrier.
